There was a time when I couldn’t find my sparkle. The zest and joy I once felt for life had quietly slipped away. One day, I realized it was gone—and with it, my sense of direction. In that moment of recognition, I felt adrift, unsure if I’d ever find my way back.
How do you find your way when you feel lost? Can you really become your own guide?
I began the only way I knew how: through my body. Through yoga, movement, and breath, I slowly traced my way home.
My practice became a portal. Grief became a teacher. The rhythm of ritual, the warmth of community, and the wisdom of the body helped me reconnect with my essence.
I learned to honor both the shadows I feared and the light I had forgotten—
to trust the flow of life and to make space for what was longing to emerge.
Now, I hold space for others to do the same.
I offer a sanctuary where your story is honored, your body is listened to, and your path is sacred.
We gather all the parts—grief and joy, shadow and light—and begin to craft the Elixir only you can bring.
This is the heart of Elixir Yoga:
a place where your unique medicine becomes your most powerful gift.
Elixir Yoga is a sacred space for soul-led practice, rooted in rhythm, ritual, and remembrance.
This is not a traditional yoga studio.
It’s a boutique, seasonal sanctuary—intimate by design and guided by the cycles of nature.
Here, we honor the slow unfolding of transformation. We gather with purpose, and we allow space for vision, flow, and becoming.
Each offering is curated to support presence, connection, and deep inner work—away from the rush, and in harmony with life’s natural rhythms.
We gather monthly and seasonally for:
Yoga Rituals — intentional, embodied classes that shift with the seasons—rooted in presence, breath, and the wisdom of the body.
Ceremony Circles — sacred spaces for reflection, sharing, and transformation
Sound Journeys — vibrational healing experiences to soothe and restore
1:1 Sessions — personalized containers for guidance, integration, and growth
This is a different kind of path.
One that invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and savor the process of becoming.
Here, you are not just a participant—you are a part of something sacred. A fellow sister, walking the path of return.
An Elixir is your personal medicine—crafted from the essence of who you are.
It’s a sacred blend of lived experience, inner wisdom, and embodied truth.
It holds the tenderness of your healing and the clarity of your power.
At Elixir Yoga, this is the heart of our work.
We create space for you to reconnect with that medicine—through movement, breath, ritual, and sound.
Each practice becomes a rhythm. Each gathering, a ritual. Together, we help you remember the sacred, heal with love,
and amplify your magic—not just for yourself, but as a gift to the world.
This is more than practice. It’s remembrance. It’s transformation, held in community and guided by soul. Your Elixir is not something you find. It’s something you remember.
These values shape every breath, every offering, every gathering at Elixir Yoga.
We create space to slow down, listen deeply, and meet each moment with openness and care.
We trust the body as a guide. Through movement, breath, and stillness, we return to what’s real and alive.
We welcome the full range of human experience—with tenderness, truth, and a willingness to feel.
We reclaim our voices and our stories. We choose to act from alignment, integrity, and courage.
We speak, move, and create from essence—not performance. We let authenticity lead.
I’m Angela—founder of Elixir Yoga, mother of three, space holder, and eternal student of the body, the sacred, and life's deeper mysteries.
With a background in nursing—specializing in labor, birth, and postpartum care—and a degree in Health Promotion & Education, I’ve spent my life supporting transitions: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
I’m a certified Rasa Yoga teacher, an RYT-500, and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).
I’ve been honored to apprentice with visionary guides who have each shaped the heart of my work—
including ALisa Starkweather, Christy Gray, Whapio Diane Bartlett, and Sianna Sherman. Their teachings deepened my connection to ritual, mysticism, and embodied wisdom.
I continue to apprentice with Sianna in the realms of priestess arts and sacred leadership, allowing this path to evolve as a living, breathing devotion.
Elixir Yoga brings all of this together—
a sanctuary for embodied healing, soulful gathering, and seasonal transformation.
This work is my devotion. Offered in rhythm with life, held in love, and guided by trust in the body and The Mystery.
