Frequently Asked Questions

Elixir Yoga is not a traditional studio—it’s a boutique, seasonal sanctuary. Rooted in rhythm, ritual, and remembrance, every offering is curated with intention to create a sacred experience rather than a scheduled class. We gather in smaller groups, move with the cycles of nature, and create space for the slow unfolding of your soul's journey.

Elixir Yoga follows a seasonal rhythm. Offerings shift throughout the year and are typically held monthly or in alignment with key transitions—solstices, equinoxes, and other sacred thresholds. Each gathering is intentionally curated, and space is kept intimate. Be sure to check the Schedule page or sign up for the newsletter to stay attuned to upcoming events.

Our yoga rituals are guided by the elements and attuned to the seasons. Instead of fixed class styles, we blend form and flow—drawing from Vinyasa and Hatha lineages—into a soulful, intuitive practice. Some sessions are grounding and gentle; others are fiery and expansive. Each one reflects the energy of the moment and honors your personal rhythm.

Movement is accompanied by sound healing, circle, or reflection—curated to support presence, healing, and connection. Every body is welcome. You are invited to come as you are and move in a way that feels true for you.

Yes. These classes are offered in community spaces beyond Elixir Yoga’s primary sanctuary. Each gathering honors the sacred thresholds of pregnancy and postpartum, weaving movement, breath, and presence into spaces for nourishment, restoration, and becoming.

Many women are introduced to this work through these life transitions, and we hold that doorway with deep reverence.

Yes. Elixir Yoga welcomes all bodies and levels of experience. You don’t need to be flexible or seasoned in yoga to join us. Our movement rituals are spacious and intuitive, with alignment-based guidance, modifications, and options offered throughout. You'll receive clear, biomechanically sound cues to help you feel empowered and supported in your body.

This is not about performing poses—it’s about presence, breath, and connection. You're encouraged to move in a way that feels nourishing and true for you.

A Sound Journey is a deeply relaxing experience where you are immersed in soothing sound waves produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds create vibrational frequencies that help calm the mind, release tension in the body, and restore energetic balance.

The vibrations stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, inviting a meditative state, reducing stress, and supporting deep healing—both physical and emotional. No prior experience is needed. Simply lie down, relax, and let the sounds wash over you.

Sound Journeys are often woven into Elixir Yoga’s rituals and circles, but are also offered as stand-alone experiences for those seeking stillness, integration, or energetic reset.

A Ceremony Circle is a seasonal gathering where we come together in sacred space to honor natural cycles, set intentions, and engage in meaningful ritual. Each circle weaves together practices like guided reflection, gentle movement, journaling, sound healing, and shared intention—offering a space for healing, transformation, and connection.

You don’t need any prior experience to join. Circles are gently guided, spacious, and open to participation in whatever way feels most authentic for you. Many first-time guests are new to ritual—and find that it feels both grounding and expansive.

Our circles are not affiliated with any specific religion. Our offerings respectfully draw from diverse spiritual traditions, and we are committed to ensuring that we honor these practices with integrity, working mindfully to avoid cultural appropriation. We create an inclusive space open to people of all beliefs and backgrounds, with a focus on personal growth, connection with nature, and holistic well-being. This allows individuals to engage with the practices in ways that resonate with their own spiritual or personal paths.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel supported—a blanket, a bolster, or a sacred object for the altar.

You’ll receive any additional suggestions in advance if needed, but the most important thing to bring is your presence.

Yes. I offer one-on-one sessions including private yoga, soulful mentorship, and intuitive tarot. These sessions provide a safe, personalized space to explore healing, embodiment, and deeper clarity—held with care and intention.
