Spring arrives as a threshold — a moment where light and dark meet, and something within us begins to stir.
Awaken is a 3-week seasonal yoga series designed to support that stirring with care, steadiness, and presence. These classes offer space to root, move, and clarify as energy begins to rise again after winter.
Across three weeks, we’ll explore how energy awakens in the body through rest, momentum, and clarity — honoring the natural rhythms that allow new growth to feel supported and sustainable. Drawing from yogic wisdom, we’ll work with qualities of grounding, activation, and balance to help the nervous system feel resourced as we transition into spring.
Expect gentle, thoughtful movement, breath-led flow, moments of stillness, and time to sense what is ready to emerge. Practices will be accessible, nourishing, and responsive, with an emphasis on listening to the body and moving in relationship with the season.
Awaken is an invitation to meet spring from the inside out — rooted, responsive, and clear — allowing energy to rise in its own time.
