Dive deeper into your practice with one on one focused attention, guidance, and support. These sessions are collaboratively designed for you to develop the skills in which you are most interested. Whether you want to work on specific poses, alignment, prenatal/postnatal concerns, strength, endurance, or relaxation, we can work together to create an individualized practice. If you can't find an appointment time that fits your schedule, please reach out and I will work with you to find a time. Private sessions are desinged for 1-4 people on a sliding scale $100/125/150 per hour.
