These 60-minute private sessions are collaboratively designed to meet you where you are and support what you’re most curious about in your practice. Together, we create an individualized experience that may include posture refinement, alignment, strength-building, relaxation, breath awareness, or gentle therapeutic support.
Private sessions are well suited for:
refining specific poses or movement patterns
building strength, stability, or endurance
working with prenatal or postnatal considerations
slowing down and reconnecting with your body
receiving personalized guidance in a supportive setting
Sessions are available for 1–4 people and adapt naturally to individual or small-group needs.

This format offers a balanced container for addressing specific goals or questions within your practice—without feeling rushed.
Longer sessions are available by request for those seeking a more spacious or supportive experience.
Private sessions are offered in limited numbers.
