Shimmer Shine Share

Breath is the first shimmer—
a pulse already in motion.
I step in midstream and am welcomed by the rhythm.
Each inhale gathers the stars.
Each exhale places them gently back into the sky of my being.
This is anatomy, memory, cosmos.
I remember the spine as signal—
a current, a channel,
the soft sway carrying both song and silence.
The body speaks in its own language:
curl and reach, root and rise, shimmer and return.
Each motion flows from the one before.
Each pause, a prayer.
I remember my body as Earth.
Bone as mountain.
Joints as riverbeds.
Skin dusted with starlight and soil.
I belong to rock, to mineral, to stone.
To the Mother who holds it all.
Radiance rises through devotion—
a quiet, steady presence, fully felt.
We move as individuals
and become a constellation.
Each of us shimmering in our own rhythm,
together forming a sky that pulses in shared knowing.
I remember moonlight as invitation—
a call to soften, to witness,
to trust what grows in shadow.
Water teaches through undulations,
through stillness and flow.
Fire flickers in will and wonder—
the courage to move,
the sacred impulse to glow.
We pulse with sound, with silence, with space.
And in this pulsing, something older than language hums alive.
Something holy. Something soft.
This is what shimmers now:
Breath as guide.
Movement as prayer.
The body in rhythm with the stars
and rooted deep in the Earth.
We dance. We rest. We spiral. We hum.
We drum. We dissolve. We allow ourselves to be seen.
We are a constellation.
A radiant crystalline matrix.
A sky of shimmering souls.
And as we shine, the stars shimmer back.
They recognize us.
They have been waiting.
From this sea of possibility,
all patterns of movement arise.
To this sea,
all will dissolve again.
We shimmer.
We shine.
We share.
We return.
Pulsing between Earth and stars,
held in the dynamic stillness of infinity.
